Driven by a passion for advancing her clinical expertise, she went on to achieve a BSc (Hons) in Midwifery from the University of Leeds.

Caroline subsequently spent two years working in A&E before dedicating eleven years to her role as a midwife within the NHS, building an exceptional foundation in patient care, safety, and clinical excellence.

With a long-held ambition to specialise in aesthetics, Caroline pursued her training in 2016 under leading industry experts Dr Zack Ally and Dr Sanah Qasem at Derma Medical in London, completing both Foundation and Advanced aesthetic qualifications. She continues to advance her practice through regular high-level training, ensuring she remains at the forefront of modern aesthetic medicine.

Caroline is a respected National Trainer for the award-winning training provider Acquisition Aesthetics, delivering education in both foundation and advanced aesthetic procedures to medical professionals. She also serves as National Clinical Trainer for DermaFocus Polynucleotide, exosome and Amino Acid treatments and is a faculty member and educational lead for Aestheticare. Her expertise has led her to present and demonstrate at both national and international level, firmly establishing her as a recognised authority within the field of aesthetic medicine.

Caroline’s clinical focus has increasingly expanded into hair restoration and scalp health, an area she is deeply passionate about. Having recently completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Trichology, she brings advanced, specialist knowledge to patients experiencing hair thinning and hair loss. This allows her to offer a highly considered, medical-led approach to diagnosis and treatment, combining evidence-based practice with genuinely transformative outcomes in an area that significantly impacts confidence and wellbeing.

Identifying a growing demand for high-quality, accessible aesthetics in Garforth and the surrounding areas, Caroline established one of the first CQC Registered independent aesthetic clinics in the area. Through dedication, vision, and clinical excellence, she has created a trusted and highly regarded practice that continues to grow, with a second clinic location just outside Richmond, North Yorkshire.

Caroline has developed a discreet, luxurious clinical environment where patient safety, comfort, and naturally refined results are paramount. In 2018, she further advanced her qualifications by completing a Non-Medical Prescribing course at Manchester Metropolitan University, becoming a Nurse Independent Prescriber.

She has further refined her expertise through a prestigious 10-month mentorship with world-renowned aesthetic specialist Dr Lee Walker, gaining in-depth knowledge of facial anatomy and advanced aesthetic techniques. This commitment ensures she delivers the most up-to-date, evidence-based, and safety-led treatments to her patients.

Outside of her professional life, Caroline is married with three children and a Ragdoll cat. She enjoys spending time in the gym, practising Pilates, and travelling whenever possible exploring the world gradually with her family.
